Introducing Hyperboost PRO technology, our biggest midsole evolution since the launch of Boost. Debuting in the Hyperboost EDGE supertrainer, the innovation forms the foundation of our first everyday running shoe that offers both optimal cushioning and increased energy return in a lighter weight silhouette.​

Made from a new formulation , the Hyperboost PRO midsole introduces  high-performance material – which is at least 40% lighter versus the Boost - designed to provide a lighter weight shoe, with 20% higher energy return compared to any other Boost product and optimal cushioning.

Boasting a bold new visual identity for our running footwear range, HYPERBOOST EDGE breaks classic running design codes with a line through the middle of the shoe indicating where the foot sits, the adidas logo placed on the midsole for the first time, and minimalist design details such as hidden eyelets and lace stays, visually amplified by the Hyper Crush red colorway inspired by the foot’s anatomy.

Through the technical benefits found within the Hyperboost EDGE, a study conducted at the University of Cologne showed that four out of five runners perceived a softer cushioning in Hyperboost EDGE compared to their own shoes and preferred the energy return of Hyperboost EDGE versus their own shoes.
